LERETAGE Pilot Terms
English · Version 1.4 · 30 October 2026
Operator and scope
Operator: SHAMIL MAMIN, acting as a self-employed individual (autónomo) in Spain. Address for legal correspondence: Calle de Don Ramon de la Cruz 46, 4-D, 28001 Madrid, Spain. NIF/NIE supplied by the operator: Z0957358B. Contact: hello@leretage.com. Version pilot-2026-10-30-v4. Effective from 30 October 2026. They cover the iOS sourcing pilot. Registration is open without an invitation code. Buyers may create requests after registration. Boutique applications remain subject to operator review; registering a seller account does not verify or approve a professional business. The separate website and future transactional services require their own applicable disclosures.
How the service works
LERETAGE is demand-first: buyers describe a desired piece and approved boutiques and vetted professional sellers may propose items. Selling is limited to approved boutiques and vetted professional sellers; a personal buyer account does not permit commercial listings. Boutique approval concerns participation in the pilot and does not establish the authenticity of any item.
Pilot features and charges
The pilot supports requests, listings, proposals and participant-only messages. Test items are clearly labelled and cannot be purchased. Checkout, payment collection, escrow, insured delivery, authenticity verification are not active. Optional service push notifications are available only after you enable them; delivery is not guaranteed. AI Hunter is available after separate analysis permission, as described in the privacy notice; it prepares a brief and does not authenticate items or search live stock. The model is seller-paid commission; no commission or platform purchase charge is collected in this pilot. Any future rate, taxable basis and trigger require separate published seller terms and acceptance before charges begin.
Accounts and eligibility
Minimum age: 18. Adult eligibility is self-declared; an optional birth date is checked for consistency but does not verify identity. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only your own account. Boutiques must be professional sellers authorised to offer their inventory and must supply review information when requested. Email confirmation codes are sent to the signed-in account’s email address. Codes expire after 15 minutes and allow at most five attempts. Resends are limited. Confirming an email does not approve a boutique or authenticate a piece. Connected pilot accounts can request a one-time recovery code by email; it expires after 15 minutes. A successful reset revokes existing sessions.
Content and conduct
Upload only content you are entitled to use. Provide accurate descriptions, condition and prices; disclose known defects. Do not offer counterfeit, stolen or unlawful goods, impersonate others, harass, send spam, disclose private information without authority or bypass blocks. You grant LERETAGE the limited permission needed to store and display submitted content for the service; ownership stays with you.
Proposals and safety
A sourcing request or proposal does not itself reserve a piece, collect money or create an order in the app. Do not treat a pilot message as a platform payment instruction. An independent transaction outside LERETAGE is not processed, insured or guaranteed by this pilot. Applicable consumer rights and the professional seller’s legal responsibilities remain unaffected.
Reports and account controls
Use the flag on a piece or proposal, conversation options, Help & Support or hello@leretage.com. Blocking stops new messages in both directions and preserves history. Reports are saved for manual review. The operator receives internal email alerts about new reports and boutique applications; live operator chat is not available. The operator is responsible for manual review. The pilot review procedure is: assess the reported content and available context; inform an affected user by email of a restriction and its reason, unless prohibited by law or necessary to protect others; allow the user to request reconsideration at hello@leretage.com with the report or account reference. Review remains manual and no immediate response or live support is promised. Applicable statutory notice, complaint and appeal rights remain unaffected. Reports can receive a written response from the operator, shown only to the report author in Help & Support after refresh. It is a manual review response, not live chat; no email or push notification is automatically sent. You may request reconsideration at hello@leretage.com using your report reference. Account deletion removes associated reports, written responses and operational audit entries referencing the deleted content.
Deletion and changes
Account deletion in Manage account requires the current password and confirmation; it removes active account data and related pilot content. Recovery copies have the separate retention periods described in the privacy notice. Material feature or fee changes must be explained before they apply. Service limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Governing law: Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law that would otherwise apply, including applicable protections in their country of habitual residence. Competent courts are determined by applicable jurisdiction rules; consumers are not required by these terms to bring all claims exclusively in Madrid.
